Location: Owensboro, KY area (relocation assistance is available)

Compensation: $90,000 - 130,000

Job Details:

This Production Manager will manage daily production in a high speed manufacturing environment. The company is seeking a hands on leader who can see the big picture while gaining buy in on the shop floor. Must be a good communicator who can partner with team leaders and floor personnel to drive continuous improvement initiatives. They are seeking a promotable candidate who can grow with the company.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required - engineering preferred
• Experience managing daily operations in a high speed production environment.
• Must be knowledgeable of Lean Manufacturing - TPM, Kaizen, 5S, etc.
• Lean or Six Sigma Certification strongly preferred.
• Lives near or open to relocation to the Owensboro, KY area.
