RPA Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a Dtuch speaking RPA Business Analyst in Brussels, Belgium. This is a 3-6 months contract and remote during COVID situation.

Mandatory Experience:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst for RPA Solutions - Experience of requirements capturing to support RPA implementation
• Knowledge on leading platforms such as Blue Prism and UiPath
• Domain Experience - Retail and/or Corporate Banking for minimum of 2 years

Key Responsibilities,

• Work with product owner and process champions - to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs, reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed RPA solution
• Document the business process by identifying the requirements. Handle various activities of the project such as requirements analysis, analyses the information gathered, documents the functional or business requirements
• Single point of contact between Project Management and appropriate IT groups from solution planning, sizing, to fulfilment
• Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements and developing Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Functional Requirement Specifications
• Defines scope and deliverables for assignment with client', ensuring effective engagement and stakeholder management throughout
• Helps delivers RPA solutions in accordance with agreed scope, time, financial and quality measures
• Develops and maintains an understanding of the client's business and uses this to identify potential automation opportunities
• Is able to work at a client location and engages with client stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/solution provided
• Expected to be the key liaison between the client and the technical teams to identify and deliver robotic automation and process improvements
• Support the technical team/RPA team members in making the recommended solution changes, including helping to resolve any issues
• Support the technical team/RPA team to test the solution and provide assistance during UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Other Important Requirements

• Educational degree (Bachelor/Master) or a similar discipline with 5-7 years career experience with a reputed organization
• Other automation (OCR, Machine Learning etc.) business analysis skills will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong client facing/stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge on Process Mining, Process Discovery tools, Process Mapping tools, BPMN 2.0 techniques and Lean Six Sigma will be an added advantage
