The Junior SA/Helpdesk Administrator s primary responsibility will be to provide helpdesk services for the corporate office full IT infrastructure and assist in other IT department initiatives. This individual will also be responsible for managing several information systems and helping the IT team with server and application management. A strong security sense is required for this position, as well as a 'jack of all trades' mentality in order to tackle the many unique obstacles present in the environment. Essential Functions * Support for the company s personal computing infrastructure to include all laptops, desktops and all associated hardware and software. * Support for the design, acquisition, and maintenance of the company s servers and all associated hardware and software. * Support for the company s Cloud platform. * Support for the company s network infrastructure to include design specification, implementation, and administration. * Support for specific systems or projects of an IT nature that the company deems necessary. * Provide IT vendor account management. * Provide program management support for specific clients. * Provide IT surge support as necessary to company clients in support of new and existing contracts. * Provide technical writing and capture management services in support of the company s Bid and Proposal efforts. * Provide Business Development services as required in support of the company s new and existing Business Development efforts. * Provide assistance as required for IT recruiting efforts. * Provide Program Management assistance as required for the company s new and existing programs. * Provide any additional operational support that the company deems necessary. Experience and Skills: Experience and Skills: * The ability to be a self-starter and operate with little or no supervision is required * Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and technologies is required * Bachelor s degree in a related field or relevant experience is desired * 2-3 years of experience in Helpdesk or System Administration is desired * Experience in Windows Server and Active Directory Administration is desired * Experience in Linux Administration is desired * Experience in VMware is desired * Oracle Database, Oracle APEX, and Microsoft SQL Server experience is desired * Candidate will be required to obtain/maintain access to classified information Ian, Evan & Alexander Corporation (IEA) is an equal opportunity employer.
