Position_Title Sales Development Representative Company_Overview eliteBco offers IT products and services in the areas of Business Process Automation, Document Digitization, and Financial Management Systems. Since beginning operations in 2009, eliteBco has served more than 100 customers. We have offices in Puerto Rico (headquarters) and Washington, DC. In the past three years eliteBco has had year-over-year growth of more than 100%. Position_Overview eliteBco is seeking to employ a an experienced and dynamic Sales Development Representative. The ideal candidate has a bachelor s degree with two to fiv years of telemarketing/inside sales experience delivering qualified leads, booked introductions and/or demos, preferably with experience in mid- to high- value enterprise sales for Process Automation technologies such as Contract Management, CRM, ERP, and other enterprise solutions. Duties_and_Responsibilities * Achieve sales quotas * Conduct a large volume of outbound activities to initiate the first step in identifying parties interested in learning more about the company products and services * Develop/update social media, website content, and sales colleteral material (i.e., case studies) * Identify and qualify leads * Conduct demonstrations and prepare quotes and proposals * Daily integration with CRM to update accounts, leads, contracts, and opportunities according to sales department best practices, policies, and procedures * Keeps management informed of all activities, including timely preparation of reports Qualifications * 2+ years of minimum lead generation experience in B2B SaaS sales using the phone, email, and social media platforms * Passion for finding and identifying those who want to learn more about our products and services * Results-driven self-starter who is persistent and highly motivated to generate leads and increase earnings despite rejection * Good verbal and written (email) communications skills in English is a must * Dynamic telephone presence * Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Word * Proficient with web-based software and technologies * Willing to travel Work will be mostly performed from our headquarter location in San Juan, PR.
