Calling all Service Desk Analysts located in Birmingham. Do you have experience in Service Desk analyst, are you comfortable working on a rota basis, with full time hours! Do you thrive with IT assets and are good at record keeping? Can you assist with ITSM Tools? Our client in the NHS is looking for a Service desk analyst!
Working hours: 37.5 (Monday to Friday 9-5)
Pay rate: AFC Band 4- 12.10 LTD (£10-11 Paye)
To support the delivery of the highest possible standard of IM&T service provision to the Trust, this post will provide first line technical support with the aim to ensure all incidents are resolved and service requests fulfilled within SLA
Be part of the Service Desk function rota to ensure the Service Desk is covered during core support hours.
Be responsible for providing first line customer support to all Trust staff on all supported hardware, software applications and operating systems which includes ensuring end users receive regular updates on the state and progress of incidents and requests.
Be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and up to date records for all inbound contacts (voice, in person, email) to the Service Desk using the ITSM tool.
Be responsible for recording and reporting the necessary data to allow the production of Key Performance Indicator information and support of the Service Level Agreements.
Be responsible for ensuring work is customer focused.
