What You Will Accomplish: * As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will support sales growth by facilitating first-line contact with prospective customers through lead qualification and development. * You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute call campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity for sales pipeline growth. * You will leverage sales prospecting tools and key technologies such as , SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Drift, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. to develop sales leads for the business. * You are expected to perform against monthly/quarterly targets measured by: qualified leads and meetings, lead conversion rates, and sales pipeline development. * You are expected to demonstrate initiative, creativity & collaboration through ad-hoc projects to support business growth. * This is an entry-to-mid-level inside sales role intended to develop a career in technology sales. * What You Will Bring: * Bachelor s degree with part-time/intern sales or marketing experience (or equivalent full-time business experience). * Ability to engage in meaningful conversations and to handle objections with all levels of management and technical professionals. * A coachable, quick learner that can evolve sales skills and product knowledge independently. * A self-starter work ethic, positive attitude, and adaptability to rapidly changing environments. * Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally with Sales, Marketing, and other business units. * Professional communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable). * Communicate fluently and proficiently in English. * Who_We_Are Illumio enables organizations to realize a future without high-profile breaches by preventing the lateral movement of attackers across any organization.
