A clinically led product range catering to thousands of practices throughout the UK, our client helps to enable and furthers the efficacy of the NHS with its unique tech. The company are an innovative and ethically entrepreneurial business, and are now looking for ambitious graduates with some account management/relationship building experience to help build on their growth plans – as well as the exciting prospect of taking their platform overseas!

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in account management/business development/selling.

Business Development Executive Package:

A competitive basic salary of £30-32k

Business Development Executive Role:

Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including Operations, Transformation, and Clinical resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
Working closely with our Transformation team to ensure key practices drive real value from the platform, maximise utilisation targets and become local exemplars. 
Work closely with our Comms/Marketing teams to showcase key practices locally 
Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Taking a lead on ‘Aftercare Support’ for assigned accounts 
Securing account renewals and proactively seeking opportunities to close new business
Creating and customising account plans, outlining service delivery, revenue growth strategies and identifying potential for growth 
Developing and project managing tailored customer implementation plans 
Providing on-going support to key accounts through regular progress calls and performance reporting
Embedding our team’s specialist skills in the right areas to accelerate deployment and maximise utilisation
Liaising with other departments to ensure that customer service standards and performance objectives are met
Business Development Executive:

Educated to degree level
2 years of account management/business development/selling experience
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Demonstrable track record of success
