The Account Manager will have responsibility for performance of a group of clients, responsible for specific Client relationships and running campaign related activity across assigned Jellyfish Clients. You will contribute to evolving Client Management standards and ensuring Client satisfaction, retention, plus service expansion across your Client portfolio.
This role will be the spearhead in the dynamic growth Jellyfish is seeing. Being comfortable leading the conversation the strategic value of both Digital Media and Technology is imperative. You must be able to speak Media ROI and GMP in a confident way internally and externally.
1) Deepen Client Relationships -You must foster and further positive client relationships, from primary decision makers to support teams to senior stakeholders.
2) Provide Exceptional Delivery You must collaborate with all of Jellyfish to remain accountable for client satisfaction, ensuring that all outputs that go to clients meets and exceeds Jellyfish standards.
3) Drive Profitable Revenue Client Management collaborates with all of Jellyfish to ensure that margins and revenues align to our values. This includes balancing client needs with budget, innovation, and long-term growth potential.
4) Be a Connector Connect with new people, ideas, and resources. Break barriers that hold back progress. Enable both our clients and ourselves to build alliances across skills that achieve common goals.

* Learn across client industries and digital landscape, share knowledge everywhere, work with capabilities to continuously demonstrate our discipline expertise and create best in class case studies
* Navigate competing priorities
* Ensure client needs are met on time by setting clear timelines and accountabilities, and working across capabilities
3) Drive Profitable Revenue
* Champion smart margins
* Balancing client needs with budget, innovation, and long-term growth potential
* Grow clients in line with progressing their digital maturity as opposed to box ticking against capabilities

* Work with clients to develop scopes of work that match innovation to internal growth

* Stay knowledgeable across all capabilities in order to advocate for all capabilities for and with our clients
* Connect capabilities to opportunities
* Understand how to introduce the right Jellyfish product or capability to drive to digital maturity for our clients

* Work with an eye towards the future, and be eager to improve the how and why of work we do for our clients
* Credible subject matter knowledge in key Jellyfish delivery areas.
* Excellent knowledge of the wider marketing mix, specifically must have experience with DSPs, DMPs, and marketing platforms (preferably withing the GMP)
* Strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills.

* Strong communication verbal and written with ability to translate for those who dont have technical knowledge
