IT Help Desk Technician

Mull IT is a start up locally grown in Nashville, TN and looking to make our first full time hire! The IT Help Desk Technician's main job responsibilities will be fixing and supporting existing client environments, but if youre up for the challenge there will be opportunities to design server and network configurations. Most support can be done remotely, but you will need to live locally for client site visits in the greater Nashville area.
Responsibilities
* Provide onsite and remote IT support for hardware and software technical issues
* Answering client calls and emails
* Maintaining and building client relationships
* Working with vendors to resolve technical issues
* Monitoring client security and backup tools
* Network and server design and deployment projects
Requirements
Qualifications
* Friendly and professional with a desire to learn
* Communication skills and a good listener
* Configuration and troubleshooting for workstations, servers, network hardware, printers, IoT devices, smartphones, and tablets
* Technical documentation creation
* At least 2 years IT experience
Preferred Skills (administration, configuration, and support)
* Windows 10, MacOS, and iOS
* Fortinet, SonicWALL, and Ubiquiti
* Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online
* Microsoft Office with Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Windows Server with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
* Google G Suite or Workspace
