Key to this success is their expertise in E-commerce and we are currently looking for an exceptional Delivery Manager to join the team in Belgium on a Large E-commerce SAP Hybris program.
As the Delivery Manager you will have a passion for E-commerce/SAP technologies with an in depth technical understanding that allows you to maximise the business value gained by customers using your solutions.
*Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
*Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
*Responsible for managing finances and budgets.
*Be a trusted advisor to the customer and be able to advocate innovation and best practices.
*Manage account level risk management and mitigation.
*Work with multiple vendors and internal departments for the success of the program.
*Manage the engagement and the various workstreams within it, as well as the customer relationship.
*Experience in managing large programs of the size 200+ consultants and Revenue of €20 M+
*Preferably managed large SAP/E-commerce Transformation projects.
*Must have experience in Retail/E-commerce.
*Experience of working with people in a diverse and multicultural environment.
*Aware of delivery management practices and innovation.
*Well versed in account level reporting and dashboards.
*Agile Delivery Management, Service Delivery Management.
*PMP/PRINCE Certified and well versed in different life cycle methodologies.
