Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Excellent family oriented manufacturing company, just east of Geneva, OH, is growing and looking to add to their sales and marketing team. This organization has consistently grown for over a decade and has doubled in size over the last few years. Strong tenure of employees and consistently looking to improve the operation and business.

This sales and marketing professional will be the right hand person to the Sales Manager and assist with many aspects of business development. They will travel to client facilities and trade shows to help secure new business and enhance current customer relationships. They will work closely with all levels of internal operations, generate detailed quotes, develop pricing, create and maintain marketing materials, and develop programs for new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Strong background in manufacturing
• Can read and interpret engineered product drawings
• Understands manufacturing process for quote generation
• Good mathematics skills
• Good communication skills and attitude

Compensation: $40K + $3-5K Bonus + Benefits
