Description:
Technical Project Manager Delivery and management of multiple projects, responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Job Responsibilities
The technical Project Manager shall be responsible for the overall management and co-ordination of digital projects in the Belgium Region
The technical Project Manager shall lead and drive project management initiatives to ensure smooth end-to-end project execution
The technical Project Manager shall be responsible for the financial management of the project
Engage, coordinate and manage the stakeholders (internal as well as external)
The technical Project Manager shall be responsible but not limited to the following tasks:
Be accountable to the client, for all aspects of the design, development, delivery, installation, integration, testing, implementation and maintenance of the System; Coordinate project activities with the client, existing vendors and other parties as indicated by the client; Co-ordinate meetings with the client, the client's existing vendors and other parties indicated by the client, to highlight and resolve outstanding issues and problems; Arrange for, co-ordinate and document project progress meetings and system change management meetings; Identify and manage project risks and issues. Act as the focal point for escalation for issues/risks.
Prepare and submit detailed development plans and schedules; Manage changes within project constraints (eg scope, resource and schedule); Plan and allocate resources proactively to ensure timely delivery of the System in accordance with the project schedule; Set up procedures with the client to manage the deployment of tools and delivery of systems and services; Involve in contract administration, monitoring of progress, technical personnel training, logistic support, documentation
Requirements
Around 5+ years proven IT experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of ITBM implementations
