SAP GTS Consultant

Our client is looking for a skilled SAP GTS Expert for one of the largest and most ambitious technology projects in Denmark.

Role: In the capacity of Solution Architect you will be responsible for the detailed standards, guidelines and strategies within SCM, with specific expertise in GTS.

Core responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ongoing maintenance of SAP GTS and Seeburger
  • Keep up to date in regards to SAP changes to GTS and the setup
  • Act as a Solution Responsible when implementing new GTS functionality for multiple customer projects
  • Ensure monitoring and alert setup corresponding to Business needs
  • Design and Delivery of GTS functionality in collaboration with vendor or AMS provider.
  • Act as a solution responsible and gatekeeper of GTS, insuring an effective and stable operation
  • Documentation and delivery of solution design and functional designs
  • Work closely with team members to understand business needs
  • Verify integration technologies between SAP and Non-SAP applications

Ideal profile:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent - MBA desirable
  • Previous experience as SAP Solution Architect within Supply Chain
  • Solid experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS)
  • Extensive knowledge and configuration experience in SAP GTS and SAP GTS related setup in SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience working with and configuration of:
    • Compliance Management,
    • Customs Management,
    • Trade Preference Management
  • Seeburger experience/know-how will be considered a bonus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong motivation and perseverance in pursuing best practice
