212 Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our established client for an experienced Bookkeeper. Please note that SAGE experience and your own transport is essential for this role. Responsibilities will include: * Inputting invoices onto SAGE, ensuring PO and delivery notes match. * Allocating payments * Raising invoices and chasing outstanding payments. * Keeping accounts up to date and dealing with incoming queries. * Ensuring all employee timesheets are on the system correctly and checking information matches up before sending to payroll. * Booking MOT's, services and TAX for company vehicles. * Booking training courses for colleagues. * Ordering of workwear/items. * Liaising with customers * General day to day office/administration duties.
