Workplace support (Client PC, Mobile Devices, Accessories, Printer Setup)
Label Printers setup/Support MS Office
User support.
Office LAN, WLAN support
Citrix support
Sharepoint user support
Service Request and Incident Management
Help to integrate and maintain
Knowledge Management processes
Solve end user challenges

Your profile
A few years of experience in IT
Fluent in German and English (any other language is an advantage)
Outstanding customer service orientation
Proven interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritise and to keep the overview
Proactive and solution oriented mind-set
Independent and self-driven ability to work in an international team
