For one of the largest clients, I am seeking for 'Helpdesk Support Analyst' for a 6-12 month contract in Bilthoven, Netherlands. Must be Dutch and English Speaking.
Seeking a skilled 1st line support centre employee
Bringing application (functionalities) to the end user is central. These services and products are in full development with the introduction of new technologies and with the renewal of the client's processes. The support centre employee contributes to solving malfunctions and executing service requests. The support centre employee works in a team and dares to challenge colleagues to improve their knowledge and skills. The support centre employee handles feedback constructively and dares to give it himself.
- 1st line support
- 2 Telephone and mail reception of reports
- Clarifying and resolving incidents/service requests
- Calling in specialists
- Reporting and proactive monitoring
- Processing of reports in Topdesk.
- Issuing devices
- Problem management
(Weighting: 30 %)Requirements Profile
- MCSA Windows 10 certified
- ITIL foundation 3 certified
- Experience with Topdesk
(Weighting: 20%)Other Knowledge Requirements
- English language
- Citrix, XenApp XenDesktop
- MS Office and MS Outlook
