Data Analytics & Insights Tech Lead

Salary: $130k to $150k plus $15k to $25k bonus

The Information, Intelligence, and Insights team at is looking for a Data Analytics Lead who enjoys using the latest technologies and tools to provide and deliver actionable insights to our Customer Experience (CX) partners. You will lead Actionable insights to our customer experience CX. Executing of complex data visuals augmented BI client Analytics Data Analytics Big Data, Data Science and Business Intelligence BS Masters preferred coding in Python and R Tableau a must hands on developing machine learning and artificial intelligence models is a must secondary mortgage a plus

  • Use data to perform deep analysis for patterns and insights related to customer journey
  • Distill the insight into consumable form for business users
  • Combine structured and unstructured data from a customer-facing systems to identify inherit customer segments
  • Pioneer the use a BI tool to visualize results
  • Research and reading on the latest development in Data Analytics and Big Data space
  • Lead a demo of a machine learning model you developed for business users, walking them through the model development process and output

Analytics, Data Science, and Business Intelligence


  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
  • Typically has 8 or more years of proven experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or comparable field
  • Hands-on experience with coding languages python, R or similar
  • Hands-on experience with BI and/or Data Visualization tools such as Tableau is a must
  • Hands-on experience with developing Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence models is a must
  • Consistent track record serving as lead on data analytics projects
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to present content from low to high levels of complexity to audiences of varying levels of seniority
  • Effective organization skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Client Experience and/or Client Journey (B2B and B2C) and associated data (client sentiment, call center, CRM) is preferred
  • Familiarity with Secondary Mortgage Market and/or business and operations also a plus
