NextLink is working with a leading Pharma client who is seeking Technical Support Level 3/IT Operations Manager - German Speaking - for a 9 month contract (possible extension) in Rotkreuz, Switzerland.

General Information:
Job title: Technical Support Level 3
Location: Rotkreuz, Switzerland
Duration: 9 month(possible extension)
Deadline to respond: ASAP or before 4:30 PM CET on the 19th of Feb 2021

Must Haves:
Stakeholder and Project Management with a minimum of 3 - 5 years operative experience preferred in the IVD Sector
Trained and familiar with technical Infrastructure - AV technology, power supply installations, signal technology
IT basics (PC, network, Clickshare, OS, AMS, Digital Signage)
Experienced in requirement engineering
Business Analysis/Risk Management
Fluent in German/English
Strong in social skills and communication in a intercultural environment
Technical Multimedia Operation, Maintenance and Enhancements experience

Tasks & Responsibilities:
1st and 2nd Level Technical Support with Key User Support Model
Manage 3rd Level Support with int/ext Partners
Checkups before and Event Support (physical presence) during sessions with external customers
Documentation (as closing of initial project and as continuous task)

Preventive maintenance: upgrades
Lifecycle of Devices/SW/Infrastructure

Implementation of technical devices
Technical interfaces
Integration of Multimedia
Organizational interfaces to Facility Management, GIS, DIA IT departments, business IT, external vendors

Management Tasks:
Vendor Management: Maintenance - and Support-Contracts, Service Level Monitoring
Documentation (overview on all technical devices, interfaces, connections, software)
Adherence to client standards through IPC process
Stakeholder Management: stipulation of SLAs, communication, meetings, reports, presentations
Requirement Engineering
Business Analysis
Project coordination and support
Risk Management
Training of key users, hosts, speakers, stakeholders
Documentation (continuous task)
