DESCRIPTION: This healthcare client is looking to onboard a help desk technician that will sit in Chappaqua, NY. This technician will be supporting their current go-live which is why they have such a large influx of calls/tickets. The team consists of 4 individuals that will all be responsible for handling a volume of 100-125 calls a day as well as 20-30 tickets a day relating to their EMR system. The job will require handling the EMR system, creating accounts, manage permissions etc. This technician needs to be very good at documenting and detail oriented. Technologies used:Win7, Win10, Outlook / Exchange, MS Office. There are also health care and client unique applications e.g. EMR, PACS, CPACS, etc., but we will train them on those applications. KACE is the Ticketing SystemsRemote tools: VNC, RDP, etc. SKILLS: windows, healthcare, service desk, ticket TOP SKILLS DETAILS: 1.) 2-4 years supporting a Windows Environment Troubleshooting End User computing issues. This includes top notch customer service.2.) Ability to manage day to day tickets, using a ticketing system (they use KACE) and working in an organized fashion. This person will be responsible for around 30+ incoming calls a day including ongoing support for their EMR system.3.) Active directory experience such as password resets and/or account creations. This person will be creating EMR accounts for their system. Documentation is key critical here so that when a ticket gets escalated, there is no backtracking.
