Global Leader - Senior Global IT Enterprise Portfolio Manager - Warsaw

On behalf of a Global Leader we are currently looking for a Senior Global IT Enterprise Portfolio Manager for a 18 Month FTC position based in Warsaw.

Accountabilities

• Fully understand business strategy, expected outcome, deliverables and value to be generated


• Provide strategic alignment & direction: Drive the link between integrated portfolio and the IT Strategic leadership agenda, Group's priorities, Digital KPIs and Long-Term strategy roadmaps


• Drive portfolio value realization & prioritization - Ensure the shape of the portfolio is optimized across functions/hubs and regions to drive maximum value


• Demand management: Ensure people capacity and financial resources are managed to help in understanding the availability of various resources for projects.


• Track, report, analyze and improve portfolio management focusing on value realization


• On the ground leadership for all portfolio team (~10 managers)


• Provide Global guidance/governance/standards and tooling on portfolio management


• Supports and works with IDTLT in measuring and monitoring the value delivered + performance reviews


• Act as the lead for Agile deployment in partnership with global Innovation team

Experience Required

• Experience in Enterprise Portfolio Management and looking after portfolios of £200m or above


• Proven experience of setting up EPMO structures withing global Matrix environments


• Experience of managing EPMO across different geographies and managing 2000 + local/global projects


• Experience of coordinating PMO teams across different geographies
