Salary: £18,000 - £24,000 dependant on experience

The Account Manager is responsible for the entire lifecycle of their own customers from prospecting to continued business development and support of existing accounts. The emphasis and focus of this role is to build relationships and grow business. This is not a recruitment role at all - however knowledge of recruitment is useful but not at all essential.
This role will suit a confident and ambitious individual with existing sales / customer service experience who wants the opportunity to shine and grow their B2B consultative selling skills. This is a positive and supportive sales environment with realistic earning potential.
The role is a mixture of account management, business development, managing incoming warm leads and attending events.
Sales experience or knowledge is ideal although full training will be given. Ambition and the right trusting personality are the most important attributes along with organisation and attention to detail. We have a track record of training and developing ambitious talent.
The emphasis and focus of this role is to form relationships with media buyers or HR teams. The Account Manager will then nurture and develop clients to maximise opportunity.
Ideally you will be:
- 2 years sales or customer service experience or a recent graduate
- Ideally media sales experience (but not essential)
- Consultative, trusting and reassuring sales approach
- Absolute passion to provide amazing customer service
- Ambitious, confident, articulate and above all motivated
- Ability to work independently & strong team skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Good attention to detail - essential!
