Recruitment Manager/Managing Director/Head of Recruitment Services - ideally with Healthcare/Care sector EXP - Leicester

£70,000 to £80,000 plus OTE, Share Options, Bonus, excellent benefits

A young successful recruitment technology business is looking to expand and create more structure in-order to thrive, and to do this they seek an experienced Recruitment Leader with experience of leading a recruitment business (be it in resources or recruitment technology) in both Operations and Sales, to take the position of Managing Director.

This leadership role will oversee the sales and operations of the business. You will be expected to lead the organisation and execute the company's vision and business plan, incorporating this into strategy, organisation, resource planning and budget.

The scope of the Recruitment Manager/Managing Director/Head of Recruitment Services position:

The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals for our neutral vendor managed service solution within the Care Sector.
  • Deliver on significant revenue targets for product and services offered by the business nationally. These would be based on a Team Target against Business Plan.
  • Drive relationship-building process with client operators senior executives across the healthcare market.
  • Proactively identify sales pipeline risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • You will be responsible for all operations and business activities, performance, and budgets, including EBITDA.

  • A competitive compensation package in the range of £70k-80k, in line with individual experience and an above base incentive-based compensation package, which would consist of company share option scheme with sizable allocation.

In-order to be successful within the Recruitment Manager/Managing Director/Head of Recruitment Services position, you will need the following experience:

  • Experience leading recruitment business.
  • Ideally with some experience of the Healthcare/Care sector recruitment industry.
  • Worked in a sector where the model has been on a neutral vendor model.
  • Extensive business development and commercial experience: you know how to create and close deals.

As the Recruitment Manager/Managing Director/Head of Recruitment Services, you will possess:

  • At least 12 months experience on neutral vendor desk, for example Comensura or Matrix CR.
  • Extensive business development and commercial experience: you know how to create and close deals.
  • Demonstrable expertise in building partnerships with care providers: you understand the marketplace.
  • Demonstrable track record of creating and supporting partnerships between healthcare organisations and care agencies you have an impressive background in high-quality work and the sector thinks highly of your contribution.
  • A commercial mindset with experience of analysing market opportunities, market drivers and trends.
  • Financially literate with experience in pricing digital health products and developing innovative revenue models.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to select, manage and deliver across a broad portfolio of projects involving multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Would be required in the Leicester office at least 3 days per week with 8 direct reports initial make up of the role (Ops/Sales/Relationship building/Strategy)
