Assistant Financial Accounting Manager

Our client based in South Aylesbury is seeking a NEWLY Qualified ACCA, ACA from Practice Background who is seeking their first step into a commercial role. This client company is a superb consultancy offering a diverse client base along with the opportunity to grow and expand your career.

The role will see the successful applicant; Delivering the reporting team's month-end processes; Co-ordinating monthly balance sheet reviews for each entity; Overall responsibility for collation of monthly balance sheet pack; Quarterly and annual accounting and reporting; Leading the production of Statutory Accounts for each entity; Co-ordination and implementation of Sarbanes Oxley processes; Co-ordination of external and internal audit process, including day to day liaison with external/internal auditors for each entity; Calculation of Corporation tax for US reporting (schedule 22); Liaison with UK tax team for UK Corporation Tax reporting and completion of annual Corporation Tax questionnaire and ITDC submission
