PMO Officer

We are looking for an experienced PMO with a minimum of 8 years of experience, ITIL V3/4 Certification AND EU Nationality (due to the client).

Tasks will be divided in the following topics:

• Demand management
• Resource management
• Portfolio management
• Project management (small work packages and collaboration packages)
• Monitoring and improvement tasks (quality check, proposals, etc.)
• Administrative tasks (reporting, contracts, create communications, etc.)
• Coaching Trainings

The demand process management is the most important part and is crucial for daily activities.

The successful candidate will be expected to become familiar with Client information systems, and read all resources available on the local drives and cloud software.

During COVID: 1 day on-site is required. After the pandemic, it will be on-site as usual.

Candidates must be based in Brussels, Belgium, or willing to relocate. Please note, the client will only consider EU passport holders for this position.
