Client Advisor with French

For our Client from the banking sector we are looking for a passionate Client Advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Diverse and exciting telephone interactions with our bank customers;

• Independent handling of customer orders/inquiries;

• Advising our customers on how to optimize their banking relationships;

• Referring customers to appropriate interfaces (eg mortgage or investment specialists).
