SSIS SSRS Developer/Architect - Remote - English speaking - 6 months + Extensions

One of our Blue Chip client is urgently looking for a Senior SSIS SSRS Architect.

For this role you can work fully remotely from home.

Role description:

Either a hands on BI Architect with experience in SSIS, SQL and SSRS; either a very senior developer. We are looking for people who can look at the big picture and identify improvements in the current implementation (ETL using SSIS as well as SSRS reports) + help (and support) in implementing the remaining scope of SSRS reports

In the context of an ongoing BI implementation we are looking for a consultant who can:

1. Review existing ETL implementation (SQL/SSIS technology based) and provide recommendations for improving maintainability, performance and operability
2. Advise, support and work with a team of developers in implementing proposed improvements
3. Analyze technical issues (during the ETL), provide feedback and think about long term solutions that will prevent the problem in the future
4. Support during the performance testing of the ETL and the SSRS reports
5. Review and support the delivery of new SSRS reports
