L1 Support
- 5+ Experience with operational support ensuring high availability of critical business systems.
- Knowledge of Capital Markets, Fixed Income, ION, Anvil MMI
- Very good communication (Written/Verbal)
- Good analytical skills
- Must have knowledge on operational tools like Service Now to create tickets, distribute to right groups
- Should be able to perform activities based on SOP documents
- Must have worked in Banking Systems/Environment
