Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Greater Memphis, TN area (near Hernando, MS)

Compensation: $80-90,000 plus Bonus

Company Details:

This is a turnaround division in a multi-billion dollar, industry leader. The company has recently rebuilt the management team and is investing significant capital to upgrade and improve operations. They are seeking leaders who can promote within the organization as they grow.

Position Details:

This Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with site and division leadership and perform detailed analysis to guide decisions. This position will track, forecast and analyze variances in P&L, sales, cost, manufacturing and inventory and assist division leadership on closings, SOX testing and compliance. The company is seeking candidates who can promote and take on additional responsibility.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related.
• CPA or MBA is a plus but not required.
• Strong experience in forecasting, financial reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge or experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Lives near Memphis/Hernando, MS or be open to relocation.
