API Integration Analyst/Supplier Integration Analyst with good Spanish language skills and proven experience of analysing and supporting 3rd Party API integrations is required for this market leading global Financial Services client in Madrid. This is a new position that has been created due to significant growth and is part of a larger transformation programme offering future opportunities to manage a small API team or evolve into other areas of the business.
The API integrates 3rd Party client and customer websites with our Financial Services client's website to allow access to their platform and services that operates in 90 countries and handles over 1 million transactions per month.
The successful API Integration Analyst/Supplier Integration Analyst will be responsible for managing and taking ownership of incidents raised by 3rd Party clients and customers to ensure the successful integration of services by resolving installation or configuration issues and escalating any specific API issues to the in-house development team.
API Integration Analysts/Supplier Integration Analysts applying must have good Spanish and English language skills and must be familiar with API's, how they work and how they integrate 2 systems to qualify.
API Integration Analysts/Supplier Integration Analysts should have previous experience of working in a similar position either: help desk, application support, service desk or customer support; and must be familiar with ticketing systems such as Jira or CRM tools like Salesforce or other.
