International company are looking for a Software IT Development Manager to provide leadership and management, to a talented team of Developers,

As part of the technology leadership team your role will be to lead the development of enterprise technology standards to ensure compatibility and integration (eg, multi-vendor platforms) throughout the company. To provide strategy and technical leadership, inspiration and innovation, and management of the Development Team.

Provide overall management, technical Advice and guidance across all enterprise IT projects.
Prime responsibility in this role is to ensure that client development projects are delivered effectively on time and on budget, and to appropriate a high level of quality to meet the needs of all stakeholders.
A key part of this role will be to work with the Sales and Client Services teams to ensure the projects and solutions are effective and they the meet client needs,

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Software IT Development Manager, who is experienced in managing multiple developments teams, on shore and offshore within the MS stack and who is a strong technologist and ambitious to develop their career to CTO level in the long term
You will need to show significant experience in leadership and development, implementation, and maintenance of integrated, web-based systems and databases across multiple hardware and software platforms.

You will ideally have experience of working in a software development environment comprising multiple short/medium length projects with short lead times and ambitious delivery targets.

Probably a technology evangelist who is able to show a high level of expertise in technology direction, trends, and strategic business impact of key business and IT initiatives within the Microsoft stack and demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate complex information, advise clients and make sound recommendations that provide winning, profitable solutions.
