Operations Engineer-DDI services

Templeton is currently looking for an IT Operations Engineer for a large commercial client in Rijswijk.
Initial 12 months contract with possible extension.
Responsibilities:
The Connectivity IT Operations Engineer for DDI will work within the Connectivity LAN team to support our client's DDI suite which runs on Infoblox appliances.
You will work with the IT Operations Lead for DDI to ensure the DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management services are operational globally within company.
This includes all aspects of Service Management including but not limited to the following:
Working with the GCSC (Tier 2 Support Team) to ensure ServiceNow requests are completed
Working with the Traffic Engineering Team to help resolve escalated issues/problems
Working with the Asset Integrity team to ensure Lifecycle Management for the service is completed
Working with OEM suppliers to resolve escalated issues and maintain support agreements
You'd be expected to be intimately familiar with the Infoblox suite and understand how it is deployed in the company.
Skills & Requirements
Typical Years of or more years of IT experience in a corporate setting Minimum Education or Certification
4-year Degree/Certifications related to technology
Ability to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority
General knowledge of DDI technology including how to implement these technologies via Infoblox appliances.
5 or more years of experience in managing DDI solutions on a global scale
Knowledge in ITIL processes, incident, problem and change management
Self-starter with good analysis and problem solving skills
Ability to operate in a global, virtual cross-cultural organization, working in different time zones
