Cloud Support, Implementation Engineer Consultant. Remote Working

This position is Remote or home based during and beyond Covid

Expanding successful client requires a Cloud Support, Implementation Engineer Consultant

Will be part of a team responsible for delivery of cloud based corporate SASS solution

This is a highly varied role focused on customer service and solution delivery and potentially require the successful candidate to become familiar with a wide range of technology that can range from IT Infrastructure to SQL related issues

Must have good experience of;

• Customer facing
• Team Leading/Management
• Comfortable speaking to IT teams and project managers of high profile clients
• Ability to take complex ideas and explain effectively to non-technical

Experience of as much of the following would be helpful but not essential

• SQL (basic admin or coding)
• System Administration
• SSO/SAML
• SCIM/User Provisioning
• Azure Active Directory
• ADFS or Active Directory or Active Directory Federation Services
• MDM (mobile device management)/InTune (a Microsoft MDM application)
• Okta
• OneLogin
• Modern Authentication
• Ping (One/ID/Federate)
• OAuth/OAuth2/OIC
