Enterprise Service Delivery Manager

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an Enterprise Service Delivery Programme Manager for a client of ours. The project will last for 9 months and can be done remotely. The client is looking for someone to start ASAP.

Enterprise Service Delivery Programme Manager requirements:

• NATO Clearance, level SECRET


• ITIL v3 Practitioner certification OR at least 5 years of experience working in a senior Service Management role with direct responsibility for all ITIL v3.0 life cycle stages;


• Industry leading certification in the area of Cybersecurity such as CISSP, CISM, MCSE/S, CISA, GSNA, SANS GIAC OR at least 5 years of experience working in a Cyber Security related Management role;


• PRINCE 2-practitioner certification OR at least 5 years of experience working in a Project Management role responsible for large or complex IT Projects (ie > GBP 50m);


• High level of knowledge relating to procurement and contracting processes for both public (eg Government, EU, NATO) and private (ie industry) organisations;


• High level of knowledge relating to the design, planning, deployment, configuration and operational use of both SM (eg ITSM, CMS/CMDB, S/KMS, SCMIS etc) and CIS Health Monitoring tools covering the full SM life cycle;


• Comprehensive practical experience in the service design process and high-level of practical experience in the end-to-end life cycle management of service performance measurement (ie SLRs, SLAs, OLAs, SLTs and KPIs);


• Comprehensive understanding of the implications, practical risks and issues normally associated with the transition from Service Design/Service Transition into Service Operations;


• Experience in the concepts, terms, processes, policy and implementation of information security and a solid understanding of Information Security Practices; relating to the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information (CIA) triad;


• Comprehensive experience in the specification, implementation, collection, analysis, presentation and follow on action planning of service management performance data;
