(contract) Project Manager - change management

Templeton & Partners is currently working with a large commercial client to looking for a project manager with good experience in change management and preferably the HR (People & Organization) function

Initial contract is 6 months, based in Dublin

Responsibilities:

• 50% deployed on two projects:


• Project 1 is project management of 3-4 initiatives scheduled for 2021: performance approach, review and improvements to the on-boarding process for new associates in Dublin etc


• Project 2 is acting as a project/change manager to ensure that updates/actions received from the business services Transformation program are communicated and deployed to the country clusters (Nordic/Portugal/Greece/Turkey) in accordance with the current deployment framework in operation by the business services Transformation program team.

Skills:

A motivated team player with strong project management experience in restructures and change management.

Experience of managing individual and group consultations.

Experience of working within a complex, matrixed environment
