On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Credit Risk Business Analyst with proven Wealth Management experience.


Responsibilities:



  • This role requires some experience in project management and mainly as a senior business analyst. Planning activities on projects and creation of business requirements provided by key business partners, and documenting these into business rules and aligning them with the CRCO (Risk) target-operating model.

  • Conducting deep dive analyses, data profiling & data transformation rules and proposing solutions for data Visualization and understanding the E2E data flow.

  • You work in partnership with key interfaces with inbound and outbound systems owners and programs to define business solutions and developing functional specifications that deliver requirements. This will involves working closely with data warehouse engineers, product managers and other IT department teams to solve complex issues.

  • Definition of new risk data ontology and implementation of the new ontology and data processing and modelling. Define requirements for reporting purposes by working in close coordination with regulatory risk reporting business teams to ensure effective data visualization.

  • Impact analysis of changes to systems and processes, as well as scope changes.

  • You are responsible for a timely resolution of ongoing regulatory and industry group outcomes and other events on business requirements.

  • To take initiative in evaluating and adapting new and improved data science approaches for the business for you to present to senior management for approval by preparing requirements specifications, business rules, business presentations, report mock-ups, data mapping, testing and training documentation.


Skills:



  • Over 7 years of combined business analysis and project management experience

  • Deep understanding of Credit Risk discipline from reporting processes and workflows perspective with direct experience in credit risk system implementations (At least 7-8 years of experience in Credit Risk)

  • 3-5 years business requirements with data management capabilities, process analysis and change experience in a similar role within a large financial institution.

  • Proficient understanding of front to back systems, current regulatory regimes and requirements within risk functions of International Banks and Wealth Management to perform processing, reconciliation, calculation and visualization of data

  • Significant experience of embedding new risk management systems in a complex organizations, paired with a deep understanding of regulatory delivery programs in Risk functions.

  • Record of accomplishment of sourcing and defining clear and comprehensive requirements, as well as experience in designing operating models, processes and control functions.

  • Effective SQL skills for data analysis and reconciliation is necessary.

  • Furthermore, you are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude with excellent coordination and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated with a sincere sense of ownership and accountability for tasks. Ability to prioritize workload and handle various tasks.

  • Fluent in English
