Java Developer Urgently Required

One of my globally leading clients is urgently looking for a passionate and innovative Java Developer/Dev Engineer to join their team. The purpose of the team is to speed up the delivery of all teams in the client's organisation and to avoid major Incidents on the production environment. The ideal candidate must be available for our client's customers and be able to deliver to their customers on time as this is our client's license to operate. The team does this by executing a daily automated end-to-end chain performance test on their products.

We believe the right candidate has the following profile

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering with Java


• Experience with DDD/TDD


• It is in your DNA to stay up to date on relevant new technology developments


• You are able to develop clean, maintainable and secure code


• You feel at right at home in a multicultural high performing environment where English is our working language


• You love working with high quantities of data on a daily basis and know how to code efficient and performing software


• You have a DevOps mindset and are a team player

Nice to have

• NoSQL knowledge and experience (Cassandra is a plus)


• Knowledge and experience with big data analysis tools


• Knowledge of monitoring and measuring performances of server/service


• Experience with Front End frameworks and ecosystems (Polymer is a plus)


• Mindset of functional/reactive style programming
