Our Client, one of the world's foremost IT Consultancies, is looking to recruit a Contract Enterprise Service Delivery Programme Manager to join their client in Brussels.

A university degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a relevant technical subject with substantial Information Technology (IT) content OR at least 10 years of experience working in support of the deployment, integration, administration,

operation and maintenance of CIS Services, with relatable

qualifications and / or relevant experience in following areas:

Mandatory

o ITIL v3 Practitioner certification OR at least 5 years of experience working in a senior Service Management role with direct responsibility for all ITIL v3.0 lifecycle stages;

o Industry leading certification in the area of Cybersecurity such as CISSP, CISM, MCSE/S, CISA, GSNA, SANS GIAC OR at least 5 years of experience working in a Cyber Security related Management role;

o PRINCE 2-practitioner certification OR at least 5 years of experience working in a Project Management role responsible for large or complex IT Projects (i.e. > GBP 50m);

o High level of knowledge relating to procurement and contracting processes for both public (e.g. Government, EU, NATO) and private (i.e. industry) organisations;

o High level of knowledge relating to the design, planning, deployment, configuration and operational use of both SM (e.g. ITSM, CMS/CMDB, S/KMS, SCMIS etc) and CIS Health Monitoring tools covering the full SM lifecycle;

o Comprehensive practical experience in the service design process and high-level of practical experience in the end-to-end lifecycle management of service performance measurement (i.e. SLRs, SLAs, OLAs, SLTs and KPIs);

o Ability to solve complex problems, identify key concepts, factors and risks based on a wide variety of technical, financial, programmatic and administrative information and able to develop and communicate long-term strategies.

o Excellent presentation and communication skills and an ability to interact with all levels of an organisation up to Board level management;

o Excellent skills in the use of Office Automation Tools based on Microsoft Office Suite of applications, in particular MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Project.

Desirable

o At least 5 years' experience working in an international public sector environment comprising both military and civilian elements;

o Comprehensive knowledge of the NATO, NCIA and NCSC organisations;

o Knowledge of the concepts employed by Business Analysts and experience in the development and management of complex Business Process Models;

o Experienced in the day to day management of geographically dispersed teams including the use of collaboration tooling to effectively manage individuals, teams and tasks;

o Experience of delivery projects or programmes using an agile approach;

o Able to deliver SM training to inexperienced staff;
