Your new role
Your new role involves working with the IT department Office 365 migration support team to gather, confirm and resolve end user issues that arise as new users become familiar with using Office 365 tools (primarily Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Onederive, Yammer, SharePoint Online, O365 Apps, Power Apps).
Responsible for troubleshooting, optimising and documenting solutions to common user Requirements or problems in a second and third line support role
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will needs excellent experience and exposure to Office 365 and the tools that are involved with it. You will need at least 4 years IT Admin experience and Development experience. Extremely efficient using Yammer and SharePoint. You must have experience developing apps.
