IT Service Management Consultant with strong hands on experience of ITIL Service Management tools is required for an initial 12 month contract working remotely until the COVID restrictions are lifted, then on site in Barcelona, Spain.
Our client has just gone live with the Easyvista Service Management Tool. They are looking to take on an experienced ITIL Service Management Consultant with in-depth experience of Easyvista or similar service Management tools such as ServiceNow to perform the role of Product and Process owner for Incident and Change Management.
The Service Management Consultant will work with the Configuration Team to help improve automation. This is a hands on role where the Service Management Consultant will be required to look at workflow within service requests and then drive through incremental change.
Start date: February 2021
Duration: 12 months
Location: Working remotely then on site in Barcelona
All-inclusive daily rate: 450 to 500
