Lead Salesforce Developer
Forward-thinking digital finance organisation seeking a confident and capable Salesforce Developer to lead and develop our Salesforce Development Team, at a very exciting time in our business. The perfect candidate will be entirely confident taking ownership of complex issues and development of customised solutions within Service Cloud.
*Hands-on mentality, flexible and adaptable, inherently proactive in working style, lives for a challenge
*Passionate about the process of developing new functionality, and excited about the prospect of owning a change request from requirement-gathering stage to development to end-user adoption
*3+ years' experience as a Salesforce Developer required
*Experience with troubleshooting and fixing bugs and communicating timelines/updates to stakeholders
*Very confident in their ability to work independently and as part of a small team
*Good communication skills - happy to interface with internal and external stakeholder
*Must be very comfortable with Apex Code - skilled at writing concise and efficient Apex
*Interested in interpreting complex existing code and flows
*Comfortable working with Salesforce Classic and Lightning frameworks
*Expertise in Visualforce, Lightning Components, Communities, Flows, Custom Settings, Custom Labels, SOQL essential
*Platform Developer I Certification essential.Platform Developer II desired
