Stability Team Lead/Manager

For one of the largest clients, I am seeking for a 'Stability Team Lead' for a 6-12 month contract or permanent position in Beerse, Belgium.

Required Skills:

• ITIL/PMP


• Should have been part of IT operations team managing multiple IT change projects.


• Program manage the global regional projects with the regional project leads reporting into this role. He or she will manage a team of 100 people globally.


• Conversant with planning multiple small projects with a pool of global team members


• Build relationship with stakeholders.


• Should have experience with network, security and voice projects.


• Should have end to end experience in servicing complex service requirements with the following aspects


• Planning


• Effort and cost estimation


• Scheduling


• Risks and Issue management


• Communication and escalation


• Resource management


• Coordination with external parties/teams/vendors


• Integration with Procurement


• Budgeting
