My client is a leading Care Agency looking for a superstar Business Developer. MUST HAVE: Recruitment experience in the care industry (ideally 2 years+) and recruitment experience in general (ideally 5 years +) About the Business Development role. Working remotely, as a Business Development Manager you will be required to work closely with the Operations and Sales Team to onboard Care Agencies across the UK. You will ensure all our Care Home requirements are fulfilled by partner agencies. We are looking for a hungry Sales Development Representative to join our ranks and to work closely with Care Agencies to onboard them onto our marketplace. Sales Development Representatives should be career-driven, without being bullish or selfish. Great at selling, you should also be able to listen and understand as much as you can talk and convert leads. What the role requires: * Ensuring all our Care Homes requirements are fulfilled by Partner Agencies. * Sales Pipeline Management. * Lead generation and development. * Responsible for delivery of monthly Sales Report against KPIs. * Ensuring maximum revenue opportunities are realised against all allocated accounts. * Working to partner with Care Agencies near to each of our Care Home customers. * Communicating to all sponsors/ stakeholders on a weekly basis to inform what activity has taken place on the account. * Meeting with nominated client representatives monthly to report and present management information and project progress. * Focus on sourcing, engaging, and building a pipeline of appointments to win business from new clients. * Prepares own reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information from prospect list. * Ensuring client pay and charge rates remain competitive within the market. The Perfect Individual: Who we are looking for . . . * 5+ years of working in Recruitment. * 2 + years working in the Care Sector. * C-Level relationship building. * Working with Care Agencies to fill Care Home requirements for temporary staff. * Able to build rapport with people quickly. * We are really looking for people with recruitment experience. Ideally client-side, with exposure to business development and account management * Can keep on going, even when it gets hard and the world is against you. * Organised enough to manage an end-to-end sales cycle from cold call to close. * Capable of bringing software platforms to life with informative online demos. * Be naturally goal-orientated and competitive; a will to succeed and win. * World-class customer service.
