I am supporting an organisation located in Zurich, Switzerland. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work directly in a manufacturing workshop where defective HFC (Hyber Fiber Coax) devices are repaired
This department consists of 3 technicians, a supervisor and an administrative assistant.
The candidate will carry out purely administrative activities:
Tasks and areas of responsibility:
- Creation of the delivery papers for repairs that are sent to the supplier
- Preparation of the invoicing of customer orders
- Assistance in entering the repair orders
- Processing of customer inquiries
- Various administrative tasks
- Experience in dealing with customers/manufacturers
- Independent and very careful work is essential
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Ideally, experience in a technical environment or an affinity for technical topics
- Very good professional communication with internal and external bodies
- Willingness to learn (technical, organizational)
- Start date: March 2021
- Location: Onsite in Zurich
- Long term contract (workload 80%/32 hrs week)
