- Experience with developing apps, integrations and general management on the NOW platform
- Specific experience with CMDB,Service Catalog required
- Experience w/ITBM, ITSM, APM preferred
- Experience with the GLIDE framework especially around pushing large amounts of data back and forth
- Experience architecting solutions/apps on the NOW platform
- Experience with Workflow mgmt, UI dev on the NOW platform
