Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Analyst

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months + Extentions

Location Remote/Brussels

Main tasks:
. You will be the lead business and functional analyst for the implementation of the new common CRM and unified data model
. Collaborate on the description of a new standard sales process and its translation to a new Salesforce CRM.
. Analyze and document current sales processes and data models of several sales and operational units spread over the organization.
. Translate the current sales processes and data models into the new standard sales process and Salesforce CRM.
. Identify and argue exceptions on the standard sales process and data model for validation by the project steering committee.
. Work in an agile methodology
. Create and execute test plans.
. Co-create training and hypercare
. Train the super users.
. Coordinate and participate in hypercare

Minimum required
. You communicate in a concise but kind way, have good social skills.
. You are pro-active and you have a problem solving mindset.
. You are customer-oriented and you have a learning mentality.
. You can work independently, yet are able to act as a team player
. You have experience in guiding junior and medior analysts
. You value the team's success more than you value your personal achievements
. You have at least 6 years of experience in functional or business analysis
. You have worked for at least 2 years in an agile environment
. Software: Salesforce Sales Cloud, MS Office, Visio
. Languages: full professional proficiency in English and Dutch. French speaking is a plus

Specific Characteristics:
. Work in an environment with multiple, historically independently working business units with different activities, sales approaches and CRM's
. Cope with high resistance against new processes and CRM
. Experience in stringent challenging of business
. Deal with several types of employees: corporate, sales, operational
. Communicate, defend and maintain the message, approach and objectives of the project.
. Experience with reorganization projects
