Service Desk Analyst, Edinburgh, 6 months contract, £(Apply online only) pd My prestigious Client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst with to join their ambitious team in Edinburgh on a 6-month contract basis. Your Key Responsibilities: Providing support to the employees from global offices Fixing issues for employees via phone, web chat, email and ticketing systems, whilst contributing to the teams' continuous service improvement.Essential Skills and Experience: Experience working as a Service Desk Analyst or IT Engineer is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build collaborative working relationships. An enthusiastic individual with a keenness to learn. Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues. An understanding of ITIL frameworks is highly desirable. Experience with Active Directory and Windows Operating Systems.All successful candidates will be required to undergo the Pre-Employment Screening Process before commencing employment.
