QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS PHYSICAL THERAPIST / THERAPY (PT)

* A graduate of a school program accredited by The American Physical Therapy Association
* Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
* Basic Life Support CPR certification will be required
* Licensed in the State of Texas
