Manage, monitor, and repair clients systems
Update and support risk and recovery solutions
Support clients projects
Collaborate with third-party support and service vendors to ensure that the client networks stay operational
Update the client documentation
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
Strong knowledge of networking (switches, routers, firewalls, Wireless) (CCNA desired)
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
Experience with Windows desktop Operating system, Windows Server Operating systems, Windows Domains, Office 365
Knowledge of Risk Mitigation, Backup Planning, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Antivirus, Security and Monitoring, and Microsoft Office 365
BS or 5 years field experience
