About the role: We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join us in creating innovative solutions to challenging business problems. What you'll be doing: Growing JobNimbus through the scaled acquisition of new B2B customers & expansion of those customers Consistently achieving sales goals as well as ARR company goals Leading a team of SAEs, including overseeing hiring and talent development Mentoring SAEs on sales techniques and improving the team's overall efficiency Focusing on improving close rates across the team Holding weekly coaching sessions and team meetings with the SAEs Proactively developing strategies for new lead generation methods Working cross-functionally and collaboratively to build scalable systems, tools, and processes to enable the team to be successful Working as a stakeholder with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to provide input into important business decisions Providing key insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations to the JobNimbus Sales leadership team Working to develop and maintain a culture of performance that upholds the values of JobNimbus Required Skills: 5+ years meeting and exceeding sales quotas in B2B sales Leadership and management expertise Coaching, training, and mentorship skills Strong listening and presentation skills High-energy professionalism, with a positive attitude and a deep desire to develop people and grow their careers Track record of success in attaining quota for new innovative products Excellent industry, sales, and business acumen with strong analytical skills and a history of successful, data-driven decision making Understanding of how to effectively prioritize initiatives and delegate work, but also comfort in rolling up your sleeves to get things done Self-motivated and driven Desired Skills: Experience at a 1-200 employee company SaaS experience Hubspot experience Previous experience in the construction industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels (email, social media, phone, video, etc.).
