Highdeal Solutions is a rapidly growing, well established Pitt Meadows based company that is disrupting the Cannabis Packaging sector. We are looking for an ambitious Sales Professional who wants to make a difference. Your Role You will be responsible for closing four to five-figure sales opportunities across North America and growing our customer base by leveraging your business development and sales skills. Specific_job_role_duties_include * Finding, securing, and onboarding new customers. * Deepening relationships with existing customers. * Building and expanding relationships with external partners, influencers, and Lead sources. * Identifying social media trends, trending topics, and relevant opportunities to use to engage with existing and new users. Your Future with Highdeal Solutions The candidate with the right stuff will have an opportunity to grow into a management role within 18 months to 24 months. Your Qualifications * Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven sales overachievement versus quota. * A proven track record in leveraging Digital Marketing and Online Customer Acquisition techniques for a fast-growing B2B organization. * Passionate about cannabis, or the willingness to learn. * Strong quantitative skills and an analytical, data-driven mindset. * Exceptional passion for ideating, testing, analyzing, and iterating. * Outgoing, with excellent communication skills. * A strong team player. * Have the right balance of creativity and business literacy with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic environment Your Comp Plan At Highdeal Solutions, we both value and handsomely reward sales excellence.
